Discover the DISC model to improve understanding and interpersonal communication.

The DISC model offers a simple yet powerful framework for understanding human behavior. By discovering the four main DISC profiles – Dominant, Influential, Steady , and Compliant – each person becomes aware of their own relationship style, needs, communication methods, and potential areas of tension.

Taking a step back allows you to better understand the reactions of others, to anticipate misunderstandings, and to adapt your speech to strengthen listening, clarity and the effectiveness of exchanges.

By making differences visible, the DISC method becomes a real lever for kind and effective communication within the team.

To enable each participant to better understand themselves and their own style of relating and communicating. Participants identify their natural and adapted profile, recognize the profiles of their colleagues, and become aware of their specific strengths within a team.
